MILS attorneys will provide legal assistance to parents and/or parent groups in cases where a local governmental elementary or secondary school system’s policies, lack of policy, lack of enforcement of school policies or local, state or federal law has a disparate negative impact on a group of two or more unrelated American Indian students. As resources permit, provide representation in school expulsion cases.
