Tribal Court Garnishments, Attachments, and Trust Funds.

MILS staff may provide defensive representation in tribal court garnishment and attachment cases.  MILS staff shall limit their services to non-adversarial, procedural advice in child support-related garnishments or attachment cases.  

MILS staff may provide defensive representation in tribal court Trust account cases or initiate an action on behalf of the trust account beneficiary.
