Applications for services are taken over the telephone Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  You can now also apply on-line.

Please note, if you are applying for services:

• You must fall within our low-income eligibility guidelines (or be eligible for one of the tribal contracts or grant programs).

• Your legal issue must be within our Board Set Priorities, contracts, or grants.

• When calling our office number, you might be asked to leave a message.  Please leave your name, your telephone number, and a brief description of your request for legal assistance.

• Please provide feedback if you are a former client. If you are a client or former client and want to file a complaint, please do so here.
