Estate Planning and Powers of Attorney

MILS staff may provide simple estate planning services, which include wills, powers of attorney, property deeds, and other similar projects (non-trusts). MILS staff may provide financial and medical powers of attorney and powers of attorney for child care. 


The NHBP, Pokagon, and Gun Lake Contracts allow for additional estate planning services.
