Current Project: As of August 1, 2023, MILS has an Equal Justice Works Fellow (Crime Victim Advocacy Program) on staff for 2 years to provide legal assistance through the tribal courts in Michigan for victims of crime (focus on Domestic Violence). There are no income or asset limits under this Grant.
As of January 10, 2025, the program is on hiatus.
